Jeff Sharkey, CTP, CMP, CTM
Jeff is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), a Certified Treasury Manager (CTM) and has over 15 years of Treasury Management expertise in sales, service and product management. For ten years, Jeff worked with nationally recognized banks with over $100 billion in assets surviving several acquisitions prior to joining the credit union and community financial institution movement.
A lifelong learner, Jeff holds two associates degrees in Business and Business Management, certifications in Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Marketing Management, Bloomberg Market Concepts and Small Business Management. He graduated from the University of Michigan School of Management with a BS in Business Management, and further attained his Master of Business Administration at the University of Michigan.
Jeff is actively involved with several treasury management initiatives that collaborate with community financial institutions to guide and mentor them into the treasury management space. In 2017 he began assisting Credit Unions with development and launch of their Treasury Management program and currently, is the Vice President – Treasury Consultant for Tru Treasury, taking a leading role in their Enterprise Solutions. He is also an Executive Board Member of the Great Lakes Association for Financial Professionals. (GLAFP)
