Phil Ridgway

Phil Ridgway is Assistant Vice President of Retail Product Management for Federal Reserve Financial Services.  In this capacity, Phil oversees the development of new and enhanced product offerings for both the Federal Reserve Bank’s Check21 and FedACH retail payment systems, to address the organization's strategic objectives.  Developing efficiencies within the Federal Reserve’s Payment systems, and building an ecosystem of complimentary ancillary services, to further strengthen the value and assurance of the payments services offered through the Federal Reserve Bank.  He is an advocate for innovation and inventive solutions to problems that help Financial Intuitions, service providers and third-party processors meet their needs and the needs of their customers.
