What is a remotely created check (RCC) and what are the risks of accepting RCCs for deposit? What are the warranties that address paying and receiving RCCs? How must a paying financial institution act on a customer’s claim of an unauthorized RCC charged to their account? This session will answer these questions and address the risks and obligations of a depositary and paying financial institution.
