Access to subscription benefits is not immediate. New subscribers must allow time for permissions and privileges to be set on the TCHPA website (typically within 24 hours of payment receipt). If your subscription has not yet lapsed, access to your benefits will continue uninterrupted. If you were previously notified of cancellation due to non-payment of renewal dues, it may be necessary for employees to create new website profiles. Please contact TCHPA Member Services for direction if unsure.
